The problem
You've been washing the wrong layer.
Thinning rarely starts with your hair. It starts with the skin it grows from — buildup, irritation, a scalp barrier that has stopped doing its job. Most shampoos strip that barrier with sulfates, then sell you a conditioner to repair what they just did.
Nobody is treating the skin.

What's inside
Twelve botanicals, one clean base.
On sodium cocoyl glycinate — an amino-acid cleanser built from coconut, not a sulfate. It's why this doesn't leave your scalp squeaking.

He shou wu
The root East Asian medicine reaches for when the subject is hair. For eight centuries.

Ginseng
A Korean staple for centuries. Supports the scalp's own barrier rather than replacing it.

Rosemary
The most-studied botanical for scalp circulation, and the reason it's in everything right now.

Soap pod
What Korean households washed their hair with, long before anyone bottled shampoo.
The routine
Sixty seconds, every wash.
Three steps, and the middle one is the one that matters.

Apply to scalp
Wet your hair, then draw the bar along your scalp in rows, three or four passes each. Skip the lengths.

Work it in for 60 seconds
Fingertips, never nails. Set a timer the first few times, because a minute is longer than it feels.

Rinse and let it drain
Skip conditioner for the first two weeks while your scalp rebalances. Store the bar somewhere it can dry.
The range
Everything the routine needs.
One bar does the work. The rest makes it last longer and go further.

Scalp Reset Bar
Twelve botanicals on a gentle, sulfate-free base.

Scalp Brush
Reaches the skin, so the sixty seconds counts.

Bamboo Dock
Drains between washes, so the bar lasts months.

Who it's for
Same bar. Different starting point.

Thinning and shedding
Postpartum shedding, hormonal thinning, or density that slipped away over years. The scalp underneath is usually congested long before the hair gives up.

Hairline and crown
If you're not ready for a daily drug with side effects, starting with the scalp itself is the sensible first move.
Chorok vs the alternatives
Why not just buy a bottle?
Liquid shampoo is roughly 80% water. You pay to ship it, then rinse it down the drain.
real customers
Six weeks in.

Questions
Before you buy.
How long until I notice something?
Scalp comfort usually within one to two weeks — less itching, less tightness, less flaking. Density and texture take much longer, so give it three months. Hair grows on its own schedule and anyone promising visible regrowth in six weeks is selling you something.
Will it dry out my hair?
No. The cleanser is a gentle syndet rather than a sulfate, so it lifts buildup without stripping the oils your scalp makes on purpose. The first two washes can feel unfamiliar if you're coming off a silicone shampoo — that's the coating rinsing out, not damage.
Does it work for men and women?
Same bar, same formula. Buildup and barrier damage don't differ by gender. The reason people arrive differs — postpartum shedding, a receding hairline, a flaking scalp — but the starting problem is the same.
Is it safe on dyed or bleached hair?
Yes. Sulfates are the main driver of accelerated colour fade, and there aren't any in here. You apply it to the scalp rather than working it through the lengths, and the lengths are where your colour lives. The cleanser itself is pH-balanced rather than harsh.
How long does one bar last?
Between 30 and 40 washes, so just over a month for most people. Store it somewhere it can drain or it'll dissolve much faster.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email us within 60 days and we refund you in full. You don't need to return the bar and we won't ask you why.
